What is an edible pictures or images?

Edible photos are wonderful pictures of you, family members, friends or just about anything that you want to have placed on cakes or other food. For a child’s birthday you can actually have his or her picture transferred right on your cake no kidding . Imagine your child’s delight when they seem themselves in the frosting. These make wonderful birthday, graduation and baby shower cakes. Couples are even beginning to use them in wedding cakes.

You can simply add the edible photo yourself.
You do need to ensure that your hands are clean and dry before you pick up the edible photo, and you have a beautiful cake that looks as if it has been professionally decorated.This is the most economical way to have the image transferred to your cake.


I used Icing Sheets to print the picture. Icing Sheets are an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on the cake, and come in a variety of sizes and shapes.
Icing Sheets are made of sugar, edible and taste great. They are different from other edible sheets such as potato paper and rice paper which are difficult to cut with a knife.


For the ink , I used edible ink, All Edible Ink are FDA approved and Kosher
